Last December 7 to 9, 2018, the Department of Tourism Region 3,  organized a food and travel fair to promote Filipino Cuisine and Farm Tourism Sites. With the phrase  "Mangan Na !",  A Pampanga Dialect as the events' theme topic which means "Kain Na!".  

During the event, local dishes have been prepared by some of the well-known Pampanga Chefs.
Live cooking show with food demonstration and food sampling was been presented.

Local exhibitors were also present and they showcase food and also farm products. These products were kakanin, minatamis, empanada, organic rice, fruits, juice, milk, peanut butter spread and more.
